Dr. Mahendra Perera is a distinguished Medical and Radiation Oncologist who has successfully made the transition into the world of film production. As the Chairman of Aegle Creations, he has played a visionary role in shaping the company’s creative direction and driving its success across both local and international platforms.
Under his leadership, Aegle Creations has produced a series of short films and nature documentaries that have garnered widespread acclaim for their artistic merit, educational value, and emotional impact. Dr. Perera’s unique ability to blend his scientific insight with a deep passion for visual storytelling allows him to craft narratives that are not only engaging but also thought- provoking and socially relevant.
Thivanka Rukshan Perera

Thivanka Rukshan Perera is a graduate in Motion Picture & Television, holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours) from the Academy of Art University, San Francisco, USA, awarded in 2016. His academic focus was on Screenwriting and Media, where he developed a strong foundation in storytelling, script development, and visual narrative.
He is currently working as a creative Director and the Video Producer at Aegle Creations, where he brings his creative vision and technical expertise to a range of projects, including nature documentaries and cinematic productions.
Dr. Chanaka Aravinda Perera

Dr. Chanaka Aravinda Perera is a UK-based Consultant in Nephrology, currently practicing in the United Kingdom. In addition to his medical career, he serves as an Executive Director at Aegle Creations, where he plays a key strategic role in guiding the company’s international vision.
Dr. Perera is instrumental in overseeing global relations and co-production opportunities, leveraging his international network and professional experience to strengthen Aegle Creations’ presence on the global stage. With a clear focus on expanding international partnerships and fostering collaborative ventures, Dr. Perera contributes significantly to the long-term growth and global outreach of Aegle Creations.

Dhanusha Bandara is a renowned and highly experienced cameraman, widely respected in the field of videography and photography. As the Main Cameraman at Aegle Creations, Dhanusha plays a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of the company’s productions. His keen eye for detail, coupled with his ability to adapt to diverse filming environments—from the wild terrains of nature documentaries to the precision-driven demands of studio shoots—has been instrumental in the success of numerous international projects executed by Aegle Creations.

Piyasena Jayawickrama serves as the Production Manager and Coordinator at Aegle Creations, where he plays a critical role in managing the operational backbone of the company’s filming projects. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of logistics, transportation, scheduling, and on-ground coordination, ensuring that each production runs efficiently from start to finish.
